Kimel Estate (a group comprised of native Opais farmers) from the highlands of northeastern Papua New Guinea. It is grown at elevations in the 4000-5000 foot range in an area with abundant rainfall and rich, volcanic soil. It’s no wonder why this coffee stands all on its own with richness. The dry fragrance is sweet, laced with orange fruit notes, especially enhanced with our roasting method. We have mastered a well-balanced, complex, and full body cup from this distinctive bean that has a long sweet finish with chocolate undertones.
