We combine the high-altitude density of Colombian beans, the smooth structure of Peruvian varietals, and the legendary, heavy-bodied Sumatra. By roasting this trio deep into the "second crack," we allow the natural oils to coat the surface of the beans, transforming their individual characteristics into a singular, bold, and smoky experience.
