We’ve focused on developing the sugars into a profile defined by Caramelized Butter—giving the coffee a rich, silky mouthfeel that feels indulgent. We love the way the Toasted Nuts flavor provides a consistent, grounded base that lingers through the finish. It is remarkably smooth, making it an incredibly versatile blend that performs just as well as a black "bold brew" drip coffee as it does a velvety espresso. It’s a balanced, soulful masterpiece that sings in every cup.

Roaster's Note

Because of the "Caramelized Butter" and "Toasted Nut" notes, this is the ultimate base for a Cortado or Macchiato. The smaller ratio of milk perfectly complements the savory-sweetness of the organic South American beans, creating a drink that tastes like a toasted praline.
